Where do you ship?
We currently offer tracked shipping across the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, your items should arrive within 2-3 days via our tracked courier service.
14-Day "Change of Mind" Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return your items for a full refund.
Condition: The items must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for "change of mind" returns.
12 Month Pythax Warrenty
We stand by our hand-assembled quality. Every item comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the subwoofer, amplifier, and enclosure.
What's covered: Component failure under normal, recommended use.
What's not covered: Damage caused by incorrect installation, "clipping" the amplifier, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Doest he Core-8 come with everything I need to install it?
Yes. Unlike most subwoofers, the Core-8 is a complete high-performance package. It includes:
The Pythax Core-8 enclosure.
High roll surround Subwoofer.
A matched power amplifier.
Dash mountable bass control.
A full wiring kit.
Do I need to buy a seperate amplifier?
No. The Core-8 kit is "Active-Ready," meaning we have already paired the subwoofer with an amplifier that provides the perfect amount of RMS power for the driver. You don't need to worry about matching specs or blowing the sub with the wrong amp.
Can I install it myself?
While the kit includes all the hardware, we recommend installation by a professional or someone experienced in car electronics. Incorrect wiring can damage your vehicle's electrical system.
