Welcome to PYTHAX. By purchasing our hardware, you agree to the following terms regarding performance, safety, and your rights as a consumer.

1. Performance & Professional Installation

PYTHAX specializes in high-output audio equipment. By purchasing our hardware or associated amplifiers, you acknowledge the following:

Professional Install Recommended: Our systems are engineered for high RMS output. Incorrect wiring can cause permanent damage to the product or your vehicle’s electrical system. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified technician.

User Liability: PYTHAX is not responsible for damage to vehicles, personal property, or the product itself resulting from improper installation, incorrect gain settings (clipping), or inadequate electrical grounding.

UKCA Compliance: All PYTHAX electronics are UKCA certified, meeting UK safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch: As a specialist operation, we hand-check every Core-8 unit before shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Shipping Method: We use tracked, insured couriers due to the weight and value of the hardware.

Limited Runs: If an item is listed as "Pre-Order" or "Next Drop," your shipping window will be confirmed via email.

3. Returns & Cancellations (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If the item has been installed or shows signs of mounting (screw marks on brackets/boxes), it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return.

30-Day Faulty Goods: If a product is technically defective upon arrival, you have 30 days to request a full refund or replacement.

Warranty: We offer a 12-month technical warranty on all PYTHAX branded hardware against manufacturing defects. This does not cover "burnt voice coils" or blown fuses caused by amplifier clipping or improper tuning.

4. Privacy & Data Handling (UK GDPR)

Your privacy is paramount. We only collect the data necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Email).

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted gateways; PYTHAX never sees or stores your full credit card details.

You may request the deletion of your customer data at any time by contacting us.

5. Limitation of Liability

PYTHAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of vehicle use or hearing damage) resulting from the use or misuse of our high-decibel audio equipment. Use responsibly.
